Die orthodoxe Kirche St. Elias befindet sich im römischen Kapitol. Sie wurde Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts im Stil des Spätbarocks auf dem Platz der mittelalterlichen Kirche mit gleichem Namen errichtet. Die 14 m hohe korinthische Säule davor, diente noch bis ins 19. Jahrhundert als Schandsäule. Zadar, Dalmatien, Kroatien, Europa | The St. Elias Orthodox Church is located in the Roman Capitol. The church was at the end of the 18th Century in the late Baroque style built on the site of the medieval church of the same name.
