A handout photograph released by the African Union-United Nations Information Support Team (AU-UN IST ) on February 13, 2012 shows an African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) honor guard waiting for the arrival of Uganda's acting Foreign Minister Okello Oryem at mission headquarters in Mogadishu. Oryem arrived for a two-day visit to Somalia, where he is to meet with the commandship of the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and the political leadership of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG).
