Riots follow Egyptian football deaths

February 4, 2012, Cairo, Egypt: February 2012 - Cairo, Egypt: Protesters rip up paving slabs to use as projectiles, thrown at security forces who respond with tear gas and birdshot. Clashes in Cairo between protesters throwing stones and security forces firing teargas continues into a third day. Deaths a result of clashes across the country rose to 11 today due to the use of teargas, rubber bullets and birdshot by security forces.
