Feb. 9, 2012 - Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Palestinian Territory - Palestinian protesters shout slogans during a demonstration in support of Khader Adnan (portrait), a Palestinian held in an Israeli prison without trial and who is on hunger strike since December 18, outside the Red Cross with offices in Jerusalem on on February 10, 2012. Adnan has been on hunger strike longer than any Palestinian prisoner before him according to Palestinian officials, to protest what he calls his unjust detention and mistreatment by Israeli authorities. Placard slogans read in Arabic ''55 days, your determination creates the revolution of freedom or death'' and ''Our prisoners your hunger strike creates the impossible.
