Monthly Protest About 2010 Polish President Plane Crash

Feb. 10, 2012 - Warsaw, Poland - Ever since Polish President Lech Kaczynski died in a plane crash on April 10 2010, his brother Jaroslaw, the current opposition leader, has commemorated the tragedy on the 10th each month. A few thousands of Kaczynski's followers walk every month from Warsaw's Cathedral to the Presidential Palace. At -15 degree Celsius last Friday, a group of people demanded the truth about the crash. It took 22 months to admit that colonel Edmund Klich, the only Polish accredited in the Russian MAK (International Aviation Committee), was incompetent and the Government Protection Bureau had neglected its duties in a scandalous way on 10th April 2010. General Pawel Bielawny, the deputy head of the Government Protection Bureau was dismissed and charged by the prosecutor's office. However, it is not the end of discovering the truth concerning Smolensk negligence. ( automatický překlad do češtiny  ) ( zobrazit originální popisek v angličtině )
