The North Gate at the Castle of the Knights of St John on Lindos, a town and archaeological site on the east coast of the Greek island of Rhodes. The massive Fortress was built over a Hellenistic and Roman Temple complex by the Knights of St John to protect the Island against attack by the Ottomans.
