Lebanon - Conflict - Lebanon PalestiniansMuhammad Hajj Moussa, 14, a cluster bomb survivor, descends a ramp in the Rashidiyeh camp for Palestinian refugees in Tyre, South Governorate, Lebanon on Nov. 27, 2008. Moussa was not quite 12 when he lost both his legs. Three days before the end of the 2006 Lebanon War, the motorbike he was riding on with his father, to bring food to people stranded in a nearby village, detonated a cluster bomb, resulting in severe burns all over his body and consequently, amputation. He needs a new prosthesis every year. Moussa wants to study but has been at home since the incident: the UNRWA school deems he is too old to resume his studies. An additional hurdle is the lack of toilets for disabled in the school. The family relies on the money brought home by his mother, who works as a cleaner, and his father has been unable to work since the incident.
