DHL opens first retail flagship store in Shanghai

After the opening of retail stores of UPS and FedEx in China, DHL Sinotrans, DHLs joint venture in China, has announced that it has opened its first China retail flagship store in Shanghai, marking the companys first step in retail network expansion in China. Covering an area of 220.93 square meters, the store supplies all express services that customers could originally get by phone. DHL Sinotrans says that the company will open more retail flagship stores in major cities such as Beijing and Shenzhen by the end of 2008.
