(100828) -- HANZHOU, Aug. 28, 2010 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on Aug. 28, 2010 shows commodity houses in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou, as one of the citys in China witnessed a recession in housing market, experienced a 14.5 points' fall in a boom index reflecting the city's housing market in the second quarter of this year. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, housing prices in major Chinese cities rose 10.3 percent year-on-year in July, slower than the 11.4 percent growth in June, as a result on the fact that the Chinese government has ordered a stringent credit policy to restrict speculative purchases in housing market.
